RETURNS & EXCHANGES
– All UMAMI vintage items are final and can not be returned.
– SALE items cannot be refunded.
– Items must be returned in their original condition as they were posted.
– Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery.
– Obtain a proof postage from your Post Office.
– We do not offer returns on jewellery products unless faulty.
– We cannot refund for items that are lost on their way back to UMAMI.
– We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from UMAMI.
If you would like to return your item(s) for exchange or refund, please send an email within 48 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you’d like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or have a refund. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive the address to send your return to. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund or an exchange. If you want to return your order please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery, with obtain a proof postage from your Post Office. After we received the return you will receive a refund of the item(s) amount. The cost for return from your home to the webshop is for own account.The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 8 days).We will refund the money to the same account as which you paid with.
If you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Returns must be in original condition. UMAMI will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We may require evidence – e.g photographs to validate that a product is faulty.

You can pay directly with Paypal. If there is a deferred bank payment, your product sent as soon as we get your payment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 workingdays of purchase. However shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. The delivery of your order will be handled by PostNL. All orders include tracking number. Post NL has a 24h to 48h delivery time from the time it leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Most shipments within the Benelux arrive in two days.

For larger orders, they will be shipped as a standard package that costs €6,50 and comes with tracking information.
If you are not home during business hours and would like to pick up your package at a service point or post office, please select that as your delivery option.
The prices for the products and services are in Euro, including VAT, excluding transaction and shipping costs, taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
